Pam has been involved in exhibiting her Dalmatians since 1985. She started in obedience, but now is more involved in conformation and breeding. After retiring from teaching in Michigan in 1998, Pam moved to Horse Shoe, NC. She has trained with Companion Dog Training School since then. Pam has finished 11 Champion Dalmatians and 3 CDX Dalmatians. One of her retired show dogs, a liver spotted girl, GCH (Grand Champion) Stevie, won the Top Twenty Event, which featured the top 20 Dalmatians of 2004, at the national Dalmatian Specialty Show in 2005, and was Best In Show at the national specialty in 2006 and Best in Show at the Canadian national specialty show in 2008. Stevie has her CD title and currently is working at her retirement job as a therapy dog.

Stevie's son GCH Slade, and her daughter GCH Scandal CGC, are also therapy dogs in their retirement from conformation showing. Now Scandal's son, GCH Storm CGC, and daughter GCH Shane CGC, are being shown in confornation and are registered as therapy dogs, as well.

Pam teaches puppy classes on Wednesday mornings, when needed.
